Responsibilities:
Operated Grafana by adding panels to monitor server resources, SMSC logs (Deliver, Submit), and health checks for aggregator and partner servers.
Performed image updates manually (Push & Pull) or using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Created new containers using Docker Compose and maintained existing containers with Docker.
Resolved daily issues and communicated with clients.
Executed daily scripting tasks using JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
Developed a Telegram Alert Microservice to send automatic Telegram messages after specific actions.
Created the Home Wireless Access Microservice to manage the flow of customer registration for HWA, coverage verification, device and SIM card auto-allocation, scheduling, uploading installation and payment proofs, and client monitoring.
Assisted in adding features to the Star Microservice, a loyalty program for outlets that allows points to be redeemed for rewards.
Utilized Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL for all services.
Performed Push and Pull operations on repositories using Git.
