● Conducted employee satisfaction surveys and organizational climate surveys (focusing on mental health) for head office and branch employees.
● Developed strategies and created 8 employee branding content to enhance the company's image in line with the target audience.

Planned a work schedule with clear goals for each division, while also conceptualized the whole event.
● As a result, the qualitative target was achieved, and the quantitative target was achieved 200% (achieving 2 times the initial target).

● The qualitative and quantitative targets of the project were both successfully completed. Notably, the quantitative target was exceeded by 200%, surpassing the initial goal.
