During my internship at Bank Indonesia, I supported the management of internal systems using Microsoft PowerApps, contributing to the automation of processes and improving collaboration across departments. I developed budget tracking dashboards using Excel VBA and Google Sheets, enabling real-time monitoring of budget realization and deviations. I analyzed and validated over 5,000 rows of financial data, significantly enhancing the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting for decision-makers. To facilitate user understanding, I created clear technical documentation and visual presentations using PowerPoint, aimed at non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, I produced short video tutorials to support the adoption of internal systems, making workflows and dashboard usage more accessible to staff. I actively collaborated with development and management teams to ensure that the technical solutions met operational needs. Throughout this experience, I strengthened my skills in data analysis, system documentation, and cross-functional communication, contributing to the enhancement of Bank Indonesia’s internal management systems.

Completing the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate was a rewarding and challenging experience that provided me with the foundational skills needed for a career in data analytics. Through eight carefully structured courses, I developed expertise in preparing, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover actionable insights.
The program emphasized hands-on learning, where I worked extensively with tools like spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau, and R. I learned to ask the right questions, organize and clean raw data, and transform it into meaningful visualizations that tell compelling stories. Each course built on the last, creating a seamless journey that combined technical skills with analytical thinking.
The capstone project was a significant milestone in my learning process. It gave me the opportunity to apply all the skills I had gained, working through a real-world case study to solve business problems using data-driven methods.
