Throughout the internship, I also deepened my understanding of product and business knowledge in the context of national health insurance. I gained valuable experience in understanding how BPJS Kesehatan's policies and business strategies are implemented in daily operations and how data-driven approaches are utilized to optimize services for participants.

My internship report focused on a cluster analysis of healthcare infrastructure in Pati Regency. This analysis identified regions needing government attention for healthcare development, providing data-driven insights to support targeted infrastructure planning.
