Luthfi Firmansyah
I am a fresh graduate of Sociology from Brawijaya University, passionate about community development and sustainability. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained valuable experience in corporate communication, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and social research. My skills include effective communication, community engagement, and creative content creation, which I have honed through various projects and internships. I have a strong foundation in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that social programs are inclusive and impactful.<br /> In addition to my academic background, I have completed training in CSR, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and ISO 26000, which have expanded my knowledge of global sustainability practices. These experiences have shaped my career aspirations, where I aim to contribute to meaningful social impact, particularly in community development and environmental sustainability. I am eager to continue learning and growing professionally, and I aspire to work in roles that integrate social responsibility with organizational strategies for long-term, sustainable development.

(3) This research targets the community of Bulukerto Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, East Java. This area is one of the areas affected by the natural disaster of flash floods in 2021.
(4) There were also local community service activities related to the community's understanding of the disasters experienced and how to mitigate them.

However, ESG differs by integrating into an organization's financial decision-making, using relevant environmental, social, and governance metrics. ESG goes beyond initiatives to become a strategy incorporated into the broader corporate strategy, addressing stakeholder and regulatory demands.
This course details how to assess an organization's performance and risk exposure based on its environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance. It also covers common ESG risks, such as climate risks, environmental compliance, workplace safety, human rights violations, bribery, regulatory risks, and cybersecurity.
