Specialized in human resources, events, and partnerships. For now, I am focusing on the human resource and have been in the human resources field for 2 year with experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, Training, and Organization Development. 1. Developed and standardized internship guidelines at TRIPATRA, referenced 5 companies using Canva and Miro websites
2. Developed and translated 29 job postings for Pertamina Hulu Rokan (North JPK) via Google Docs, published through the Petromindo website
3. Drafted qualifications for 3 positions in the recruitment project of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk
4. Sent 640 emails to candidates who did not pass the recruitment process in 3 days and followed up on 291 incomplete supporting documents, verified supporting documents with 342 applicant CVs, collected files on Google Drive, and conducted 12 online interviews for the safety and material control division over 3 days using Microsoft Teams
5. Compiled 40 CV links for Pertamina Hulu Rokan (South JPK) recruitment on the interview schedule
6. Design recruitment posters for Pertamina Hulu Rokan (South JPK) and compile 13 job vacancy qualifications
7. Developed a responsibility assignment matrix for the talent acquisition division using the RACI method with Microsoft Excel
8. Identified the roles of head of division, division manager, and division staff by detailing 8 main scopes of the recruitment lifecycle into 42 specific activities through the RACI method
9. Produced 3 job functions for the 3 positions in the talent acquisition division

4. Analyzed 6 existing talent mobility agreements, identified differences of 20 clauses, and standardized them into 1 talent mobility agreement document

As the first consulting organization at UPN Veteran and part of the pioneer batch, I was responsible for fulfilling membership needs and maintaining individual performance through structured evaluations, which supported the organization’s expansion.

2. Created and managed 12 KPIs across 3 quarters and 73 monthly performance appraisals with Google Spreadsheets and Google Form
3. Designed, developed, and implemented the market expansion program that covered 1 holding organization and 3 organizational regions across UPN Veteran campuses, through brainstorming and collaboration with the executive team and core team
