Micro Madani Institute (MMI) is a subsidiary of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), an Indonesian state-owned enterprise (BUMN). MMI focuses on human resource management and training, particularly supporting programs that empower economically underprivileged communities.
- Conducting candidate sourcing for PT. PNM across 11 areas, from Tangerang to North Jakarta.
- Submitting a collaboration letter regarding recruitment matters for PT. PNM to two vocational high schools (SMK).
- Conducting job vacancy promotions through canvassing in crowded places such as residential areas, eateries, stations, bus stops, and traditional markets.
- Conducting job vacancy promotions for PT. PNM on two social media platforms: Facebook and Telegram.
- Recording data for 154 candidates obtained from the sourcing process.
- Participating in four job fairs to source candidates within the operational area.
- Assisted 10 times in implementing fi xed-term employment agreements (PKWT) for new employees with HRBPO.
- Arrange 12 interviews for new PNM Mekaar candidates.
