Training Operation Safety Excellence 2024
Fleetnix • OSE--018011024
This training provided a comprehensive overview of Operational Safety Excellence principles and practices. Participants were introduced to the Operational Safety Excellence model and safe work operation principles. The program covered essential concepts such as hazard definition, risk assessment, and the hierarchy of controls. Practical tools for hazard identification and analysis, including Job Safety Environment Analysis (JSEA) and Individual Hazard Assessment (IHA), were explained and practiced. Participants learned to conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) processes systematically. The training also included incident and near-miss management, Stop Work Authority, and hands-on simulations of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and HIRADC. This program equipped participants with the knowledge and skills to identify hazards, assess risks, implement effective controls, and promote a culture of safety in operational environments.

Training EST 2024: Ansys Fluent
ITS Techno Sains Academy • 00758/T026/TSA/IV/2024
This hands-on training provided comprehensive exposure to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS Fluent. Participants were introduced to CFD concepts and the ANSYS Workbench interface, followed by guided practice in 3D modeling using SpaceClaim. The training included setting up CFD simulations—configuring materials, boundary conditions, and solver parameters—then running the simulations, analyzing results, validating data, and generating technical reports. This program equipped participants with the practical skills to apply CFD simulations in engineering problem-solving, especially for fluid flow and thermal analysis in mechanical systems.
