- Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and
supporting equipment to ensure continuous plant operation.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems, including conveyor belts,
rotary kilns, crushers, compressors, pumps, and motors.
- Monitor machine performance, identify abnormalities, and carry out root cause analysis (RCA) to
minimize breakdowns.
- Prepare and implement maintenance schedules in accordance with reliability engineering
principles and company standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support process optimization and
efficiency improvement.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3)
regulations and environmental standards.
-Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance history, spare parts usage, and technical
documentation.
