- Run and also supervise the event for 2 full days.
- Responsible for 6 seminar sessions held in I2SPE.
- Ensuring the event runs smoothly for 2400 visitors.
- Prepare 16 speakers who will fill the seminar activities and also other event tools.

AIESEC is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization, a global platform for young people to develop their leadership potential through practical experiences of many kinds, including internships, volunteering opportunities, and more. AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) is an initiative program which provides youth development in a 3-month program which consist of sessions for skill-development spaces.
- Achieved 44 delegates in Summer Peak 2023 with 7 speakers and 6 coaches.
- Achieved 69 delegates in Witner Peake 2023 with 7 speakers and 10 coaches.
- Achieved AFL's target for the first time since AFL stand for 3 years.
