Psychology graduate from Universitas Negeri Semarang with a background in psychology. I’ve had the opportunity to explore both the strategic and human dimensions of HR. I’m trained in administering various psychological assessments — from personality and cognitive tests to projective techniques — and have applied them in recruitment, employee screening, and development settings.<br /> <br /> While studying Psychology at Universitas Negeri Semarang, I was trained in using various psychological assessments through academic & field-based projects involving various psychological tests, including Wartegg, BAUM, HTP, Draw a Man, DISC, EPPS, IST, CFIT, MBTI, PAPI Kostick, Kraepelin, Pauli, and the Big Five Personality Test. These projects strengthened my understanding of psychometric interpretation and behavioral analysis across individual and organizational contexts. <br /> <br /> I’m open to career opportunities and excited to explore career opportunities where I can apply my background in psychology, HR, HC, organizational development and mental health roles including psychological assessment, testing and counseling.
