Hello! I am Bayu Wiranata, Fresh Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Universitas Gadjah Mada with high self motivation and curiosity to learn something new. I have an interest in the energy and petrochemical industry. I have intership experience at PT Petrokimia Gresik as Mechanical Static Inspection Engineer Intern, PT Pertamina EP Balongan as Inspection Engineer Intern and at Stechoq Robotika Indonesia as Mechanical Engineer Intern. During my studies, I active in several organization such as KMTM, FORKOMMI-UGM, INAGA UGM-SC. With all the experience that I have, made me a hardworking person, can working under pressure, and can collaborating with other people. Im currently seeking for career that provides me an opportunity to capitalize both of my hardskills and softskills in mechanical engineering field to ensure the company reach the goals.

Static Equipment Inspector Engineer Intern
PT Petrokimia Gresik • Magang
• Created 3D designs and isometric drawings of existing natural gas piping on ammonia & urea plant 1A & 1B using AutoCAD Plant 3D software.
• Performed visual and thickness inspection of the natural gas piping of ammonia & urea plant 1A & 1B and visualized it on a drawing of the damaged piping section.
• Understand about various NDT methods and standarts used for static equipment inspection such as Thermography, Penetrant Test, Ultrasonic Test, Radiography Test, Magnetic Particle Test.
• Assisted in the turn around of urea and ammonia plant 1B for the inspection of static equipment such as Heat Exchanger, Cooling tower, Piping, Boiler, etc.
