During my tenure as Head of the Business Studies Division within the Economics Department Student Association (HMDE), I was responsible for managing a strategic work programme that involved analysing current business issues. During my tenure, one of the biggest achievements was organising a seminar on creative economy. The event attracted more than 100 participants from both students and young professionals. The process of planning and executing this event included various aspects, such as Leadership (Directing the team to work collaboratively by dividing tasks according to their respective expertise, ensuring each member has a clear role), Teamwork (working together with team members and external parties, such as speakers, sponsors, and other units within the organisation to ensure the smooth running of the event), Time management: Developing a detailed timeline and ensuring that all preparations, including logistical coordination, publicity, and evaluation are done on time. The seminar was not only an educational platform, but also made a positive impact by introducing new insights into opportunities in the creative economy sector. This success reflects my commitment to leading the team and completing tasks with optimal results.

My main contributions include expanding the reach of the AIESEC programme among students through creative promotional strategies on social media, helping to increase the number of local project participants, and supporting various events held by AIESEC. This experience gave me a deep understanding of leadership and cross-cultural cooperation, while strengthening my ability to influence and inspire others.
