I led a team of 9 assistants in conducting multiple offline practicums each month. I served as a teaching assistant for over 150 students, delivering hands-on training in 3D design using SolidWorks, sand mold creation, and aluminum casting. I also took part in a specialized SolidWorks training workshop hosted by Neosia, a leading engineering software training provider in Indonesia. Additionally, I coordinated a comparative study with students from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) to exchange ideas and strategies for laboratory improvement. My role involved detailed planning using project management tools like Gantt charts and Microsoft Office applications, which sharpened my skills in leadership, technical instruction, and process optimization within an academic laboratory environment.

In addition to the main tournament, I coordinated internal sports and esports competitions involving more than 100 students, aimed at fostering student engagement and talent development. I also initiated and managed a charity soccer match, raising funds to support Kukusan Soccer School in Depok, West Java. Leading a team of over 100 staff across 7 divisions, I applied project management strategies to ensure all activities were carried out smoothly and aligned with our objectives. This experience significantly enhanced my leadership, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Protecting the World: Introducing Corrosion Science and Engineering

Climate Change: Carbon Capture and Storage

The course aligned very well with my desire to reduce emissions in industrial operations especially in mineral processing and nickel refining where energy intensity is high.
