In addition, I developed a dashboard to analyze new account openings for internal insights. Beyond administrative tasks, I assisted the customer service team in providing professional and friendly solutions to customer issues. This experience strengthened my skills in data analysis, attention to detail, communication, and customer service.

In addition, I served as a staff member tasked with maintaining team spirit, solidarity, and performance across two divisions comprising 19 members, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration. In the field of social media, I contributed by creating engaging captions for the Instagram account @hmif.unsri, which helped increase content appeal and audience engagement. These experiences taught me the importance of building a sense of care and responsibility within a team to foster stronger collaboration and collective success.

During this certification, I deepened my understanding of machine learning by working extensively with the TensorFlow framework. I developed and optimized basic neural network architectures, including configuring layers, activation functions, and training loops. I also built image classification models using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and applied evaluation techniques to improve performance. In the domain of natural language processing, I implemented TensorFlow-based solutions for text classification and sentiment analysis using tokenization and embedding layers. Additionally, I created time series forecasting models using RNN and LSTM architectures to predict sequential data trends. This experience strengthened both my theoretical knowledge and practical skills in developing end-to-end machine learning solutions.

The Bangkit Machine Learning Independent Study Program is designed to provide an in-depth learning experience through a combination of individual learning and team-based projects, aiming to develop high-quality talents aligned with industry standards. The learning process involves self-paced online learning, where participants apply concepts through hands-on projects and assignments; synchronous online sessions, including live instructor-led training, soft skill development, English language learning, and group discussions; as well as regular reflections and mentoring sessions with faculty advisors or Bangkit alumni facilitators.

The program also features a Capstone Project, where participants collaborate in teams to solve real-world problems within their communities at a national scale. Learning materials are delivered asynchronously through modules provided by Bangkit Academy’s industry partners, with regular reviews from mentors or instructors to ensure participant understanding. In addition to projects and assignments, the program includes quizzes and multiple-choice exams to assess comprehension, equipping participants with both technical and non-technical skills relevant to the fast-evolving world of technology.
