I served as the operational backbone of high-level corporate training, successfully supporting the implementation of over four training programs and seminars each month. I managed end-to-end training execution, overseeing venue readiness, logistics coordination, preparation of training materials, registration processes, and the overall on-site experience. As a strategic liaison between Project Managers, internal teams, trainers, and external vendors, I ensured seamless alignment among all stakeholders during fast-paced execution cycles. I proactively addressed operational bottlenecks and resolved last-minute technical issues, maintaining event continuity and professionalism under pressure. My responsibilities also included delivering high-quality post-event reports, which featured attendance analytics, pre and post-test analytics, trainer feedback, and documentation essential for client evaluations and audit trails. Additionally, I contributed to the continuous improvement of training quality standards, promoting client satisfaction and program consistency across multiple business units.
