• Handle documentation such as quotations, insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals
• Ensure completeness and compliance of client documents in line with industry regulations

• Compare insurance products and pricing from various insurance companies
• Assists in preparing benefit and premium analysis reports to support decision making
• Update client data, sales pipelines, and quotation statues in Google Sheets or internal databases
• Support the reimbursement claim process from initial submissions to final settlement, including:
- Ensuring all claim documents from clients are complete and properly submitted
- Coordinating with insurance companies to follow up on claim validation and progress
