Saya merupakan Lulusan baru dari program Sarjana Administrasi Bisnis di Universitas Telkom. Saya memiliki minat yang kuat dalam bidang Sumber Daya Manusia dan Pemasaran, karena bidang-bidang ini sesuai dengan keterampilan dan jurusan yang saya pilih. Saya senang berinteraksi dengan orang lain untuk memperluas jaringan, mendapatkan perspektif yang berbeda, dan menghadapi tantangan baru. Saya aktif berpartisipasi dalam organisasi dan komite baik di dalam maupun di luar kampus, dengan peran terbaru saya sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM). Hal ini memungkinkan saya untuk mengelola waktu dengan efektif antara studi akademik dan kegiatan organisasi.

student organization at the faculty level.
Responsible for internal management to create a professional work environment based on family values.
Responsible as PIC (Person in Charge) of four bureaus (Organizational Management, Finance, Administration, Media and Information)
and successfully monitored the work of the four bureaus in accordance with cabinet directives.
Serves as the primary point of contact for listening and resolving issues when problems arise within the organization.
Initiated and compiled internal operational guidelines (organizational SOPs) used as a reference for inter-bureau work, improving work
efficiency and clarity of internal communication flows.
Led monthly coordination meetings and successfully maintained orderly task distribution, ensuring that all work programs ran on time
without bureaucratic backlogs.
Successfully retained 80 staff members from start to finish.
