In this project, I played a role in directly observing the chemistry laboratory at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand, from June 7 to 8, 2024, and identifying hazards, then writing a journal titled 'Hazard Identification And Risk Assesment Risk Control In Small Scale University Chemical Laboratory'. This collaborative project was conducted between the Occupational Health and Safety of Airlangga University and Prince of Songkla University. Currently, the article is still in the publication process.

During my internship, I succesfully achieved all the general and spesific objectives set for the program. I expanded my knowledge and applied the concepts learned during my studies to real world situations particularly in the field of Occupational safety and Health (OSH). I gained an understanding of the organizational structure of QHSE, policies, and the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), including planning and evaluation processes implemented in the company. Aditionally, I applied the HIRADC(Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Determining Control) method and participated in various QHSE programs. I also conducted workplace environmental measurements using available tools, understood the auditing mechanism of the OSH management system according to Government Regulation No.50 of 2012, and contributed to emergency response efforts in industrial settings. These experiences allowed me to develop both technical and practical skills necessary for a career in the field of OSH.

Managed and facilitated a 7 day inbound program for over 50 international students and 5 faculty members, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication between participants and event organizers. Responbilities included coordinating logistics such as aaccommodation, transportation, and daily schedules to deliver a smooth and organizer experience. Provided support and solutions for various participant needs, addressing issues like language barriers, health concerns and logistical requests. Additionally, maintained detailed documentation of attendance, daily activities, and participant feedback, reporting regularly to event coordinatiors.

Prince of Songkhla University • Project Base
As a student delegate from the Occupational Safety and Health program at Universitas Airlangga, I had the opportunity to participate in a student outbound mobility program at Prince of Songkhla University. During this program, I attended a two-day Hazardous Material Safety Laboratory workshop, facilitated by Dr. Md Shahariar Chowdury, a lecturer from the Faculty of Environmental Management at PSU. The workshop provided in-depth discussions on the chemical and biological hazards commonly found in laboratory environments, with a particular focus on occupational safety and health. Additionally, we had the opportunity to present our findings and produce scholarly articles, educational videos, and a final report.

Since November 16, 2022, I have been entrusted with the role of Vice Chair of the Entrepreneurship Workshop Organizing Committee, which was held by the Occupational Safety and Health Student Association (HIMA K3) of Universitas Airlangga, also known as OSHTEN. As the coordinator of the event division, I was responsible for coordinating with my team to design the event concept, its flow, and its outcomes. We successfully delegated 10 new student groups to participate in Airlangga Young Entrepreneur (AYE), an entrepreneurship competition organized by the Directorate of Career Development, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship (DPKKA) of UNAIR.
