I conducted daily quality control on multiple production batches by analyzing three samples per batch to determine moisture levels, metal content, calorie value, friction, and ignition properties. Through this process, I ensured that all products met the required safety and quality standards before distribution. I also prepared a comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to improve hazard identification and enhance operational safety for the team. In addition, I supported the development of packaging process designs and actively monitored industrial waste to ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, I assisted both laboratory and field teams in performing accurate testing, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining reliable data for continuous improvement.

I developed and executed large-scale event programs attended by more than 500 participants, which included talk shows, student competitions, MSME exhibitions, and cultural performances. I led the end-to-end coordination of these events, starting from concept planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management to on-site execution. Throughout the process, I ensured smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners, while maintaining clear communication to align goals and responsibilities. These efforts resulted in successful events with strong audience engagement and positive feedback from participants.

Coordinated an offline event under Ormada Lampung UGM to introduce Universitas Gadjah Mada, where I was responsible for developing the event concept, including a faculty parade and cluster expo, attended by 400+ high school students in Bandar Lampung, and produced 5 UGM introduction videos with a total of 18,000+ views to promote the university and increase student engagement.
