● In the project to redraw the Single Line Diagram (SLD) for the 150 kV Substation in Dieng, the process commenced by gathering all necessary technical data, including equipment specifications and network configurations. Utilizing software such as ETAP, the diagram was meticulously constructed, ensuring the inclusion of all critical components such as transformers, busbars, and switches in accordance with on-site conditions, while also documenting any voltage transformation information. Upon completion of the SLD, a thorough verification process was conducted to confirm that all elements were accurately connected and complied with applicable standards. Finally, the updated SLD was documented for future reference and auditing purposes.
● In preparing the energy audit report for PT. Rekayasa Engineering, a thorough assessment of energy consumption patterns and operational efficiencies is conducted, starting with the collection of detailed technical data, including equipment specifications and historical energy usage. The report includes an executive summary outlining the audit's objectives, scope, and key findings, along with a summary of recommended energy-saving measures (ESMs) that detail projected energy savings and payback periods in a clear tabular format. This concise approach provides actionable recommendations aligned with industry best practices, offering PT. Rekayasa Engineering a strategic framework for enhancing energy efficiency and reducing operational costs.
