As a member of the Public Relations Committee, I was responsible for managing communication and outreach efforts to ensure the success of the event. My tasks included coordinating with both current scholarship recipients and alumni through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, and social media to distribute invitations and event updates.

I sent follow-up messages and reminders to encourage attendance and responded to participant inquiries regarding the event. I worked closely with the event planning team to align messaging, schedule communications, and ensure all information shared was accurate and timely.

This role enhanced my communication, teamwork, and time management skills, as well as my ability to build strong relationships and ensure smooth coordination with a wide range of participants.

I acted as a liaison between the university and scholarship recipients, effectively communicating important information, updates, and policy changes. In addition, I helped organize meetings and group discussions to assist recipients with any administrative or academic concerns.

This position strengthened my leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as my ability to coordinate with various departments and manage responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

As a cashier at Chicago Fried Chicken, I was responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently. My main tasks included processing orders, receiving payments in cash or digital methods, and providing correct change. In addition to operating the cash register, I maintained cleanliness at the cashier station, reported low stock items to the manager, and followed hygiene and safety protocols during work hours. I also assisted with basic store operations such as packing orders and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours.

This role helped me develop strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

During my time at KSP Sumber Makmur, I held two key positions: Cashier and Recapitulator. As a Cashier, I was responsible for managing daily financial transactions such as processing customer deposits, loan disbursements, and withdrawals with high accuracy and integrity. I ensured all cash-handling activities were properly documented and balanced at the end of the day. I also monitored financial reports and submitted them monthly to the supervisor, maintained compliance with internal financial procedures, and supported smooth operations by handling tax payments, utility bills, payroll, and procurement.

As a Recapitulator, my role focused on data entry, financial reconciliation, and customer service. I welcomed members, responded to inquiries about cooperative services, and supported administrative processes. I recorded all loan and transaction details into the financial ledger and performed daily reconciliation to ensure transaction accuracy. I also assisted in preparing reports and maintaining financial documentation to meet compliance standards.

This experience helped me develop strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently. It also improved my communication skills through direct interaction with members and staff, and built my confidence in handling administrative and financial tasks efficiently.
