Fresh graduate in Logistics Engineering from Universitas Pertamina with a strong foundation in Logistics and Supply Chain Management within the Oil and Gas sector. Seeking an entry-level position as a Logistics Engineer, Production and Control, or in any work that values a fast learner who is eager to grow, proficient in AutoCAD, knowledgeable in budgeting, multitasking ability, agile, honest, resilient, quick to adapt, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. <br /> <br /> During my studies, I served as a Language Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Pertamina Jakarta for three years, where I coordinated TOEFL exams for over 2,000 students, assisted with student administration, and supported annual events related to logistics and vendor management. In addition, I completed an internship as a General Support intern at PT Pertamina Gas, where I handled administrative tasks such as parking reimbursement, managing the procurement and inventory of office supplies (stationery), maintaining assets, and storage records. I am proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with various tools, including AutoCAD, SPSS, SmartPLS, and ArcGIS, which can be used to work on several projects.

General Support

General Support is a division responsible for providing operational support to employee needs in the area and the head office. My responsibilities are:
1. Managed employee parking reimbursements and handled end-to-end procurement of
company assets and office stationery (ATK), from identifying needs, create Purchase Orders
(PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR), inventorying assets, monitoring stock levels, to ensuring
prompt delivery.
2. Responsible for archiving and tracking document flow, followed by secure and timely delivery to the Management Building for further processing.
3. Assisted in updating office asset and employee uniform inventory records, managing purchase
orders, and coordinating invoice submissions. Collaborated with the housekeeping team and
goods receiving counter to support daily operational needs at the head office.
4. Provides operational support for employee needs at area and head offices. Responsibilities
include booking flights, updating travel schedules, handling travel administration, accommodation booking and organized all invoices or payments.
Acted as Person in Charge (PIC) for the Gas Innovation Awards 2023, coordinating
communication and schedules with internal and external participants to ensure smooth
execution of the event under tight deadlines, demonstrated strong communication skills and
the ability to work effectively under pressure with high accuracy and speed across all tasks

Universitas Pertamina Language Laboratory is a Language Centre by the Directorate of Education at Universitas Pertamina. My responsibilities are:
1. Administered student and lecture-related data, including registration, scheduling, and
academic documentation. Managed the recording of student TOEFL registration payments,
maintained well-organized financial records, resolved complaints or conflicts, and
communicated available TOEFL test schedules to students.
2. Contributed to the success of English Camp 2022 & 2023 by organizing logistics, managing
payment, reimbursement processes, and maintaining vendor records or basic procurement
documents.
3. Responsible for supporting academic and operational processes by coordinating the TOEFL
exams for over 2,000 students and assisting in English practical sessions (Listening and
Speaking).
