• Analyze the requirements of the Proposal Documents needed (Administrative, Technical,
and Financial) and Control all checklists for all of those documents.
• Prepare Proposal Documents (Execution Plan, Method Statement, Schedule, Manpower
Loading, Organization Charts, etc)
• Attend meetings with client to clarification technical documents during the tender
evaluation process.
• Provided Construction Procedures and Managed all deliverables until approved by the
Client.
• Conducted Geotechnical Surveys (Boring, Sondir, Soil Resistivity, Bathymethry, etc)
• Following HAZOP HAZID Assesments.
• Managed Pipeline and Construction Projects, including HDD Crossings, Fire Proofing
for Tank, and Flowmeter Installation.
• Coordination with multi-discipline Engineer and Clients.
• Supervised Field Execution and Maintained Quality and Safety.
• Attend project coordination meetings, both internally and with external parties
(clients/subcontractors).
• Conduct Consigment Activities with Consultant and Client (if needed).
• Prepare and manage Technical Queries and Change Orders if there are changes in the
scope of work.
• Management for Design Review (Penelahaan Desain) and Approval of Operational
Feasibility (Persetujuan Layak Operasi) with Third Parties (Inspection Company).
• Handover all document project to the Clients.
