This volunteer program was initiated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) and as a volunteer I was placed at KPP Pratama Ciawi in 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting taxpayers in submitting Annual Tax Returns (Forms 1770 SS, 1770 S, and 1770) through e-Filing.
- Assist taxpayers in EFIN activation, NPWP reactivation, and resolution of non-effective taxpayer status.
- Facilitate NIK-NPWP matching and DGT Online account creation.
- Organizing basic tax education to improve public tax literacy and compliance.
