As the leader of the Digital Marketing Project at Groei Cafe, I was responsible for overseeing the end to end strategy and execution of a digital marketing campaign aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer engagement. I coordinated a team to conduct market analysis, identify target audiences, and develop effective promotional content tailored to Groei Cafe’s brand identity. We implemented social media strategies, optimized digital touchpoints, and analyzed campaign performance using relevant metrics. I served as both the author and presenter at the 2024 IEEE 30th International Conference on Telecommunications (ICT) in Jordan. My research, titled “Exploring the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on User Satisfaction and Acceptance in Digital Banking Services in Indonesia,” examined how AI influences user experience and adoption behavior in the financial technology sector. I was responsible for developing the research framework, conducting analysis, and delivering the findings in front of an international academic and professional audience. The paper was officially published on IEEE Xplore on August 1, 2024.

PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Magang

During my internship in the Marketing Division at JNE Bandung, I was responsible for creating over 15 content pieces and visual designs for Instagram, along with developing a content calendar and copywriting captions that boosted follower engagement by 25%. I conducted performance analysis on content and weekly activities for reporting purposes. Additionally, I processed more than 200 external partnership proposals, recorded and managed over 400 merchandise items, and supported the procurement and distribution of promotional materials. I also played an active role in promoting the JNE Loyalty Card (JLC), resulting in over 100 new member registrations through direct outreach to more than 200 prospective customers.
