Saya, Rafael Eilien Ezar Tahara, mahasiswa semester 6 jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Diponegoro, laki-laki pertama di garis keluarga saya yang berhasil menginjakkan kaki di Amerika Serikat untuk mengejar pendidikan informal. Saya percaya bahwa hidup bukan tentang menunggu kesempatan besar datang, tetapi tentang membentuk diri agar pantas ketika kesempatan itu tiba. Saya menjadikan setiap tantangan sebagai ruang untuk tumbuh, bukan hanya untuk berhasil, tetapi untuk bermakna. Sebagai young economist dan bagian dari penggerak pejuang perubahan bangsa, untuk saat ini saya sedang memfokuskan diri dalam mencari kesempatan lain yang akan menunjang perjalanan karir saya di masa yang akan datang, yaitu ketertarikan saya pada dunia kerja sektor keuangan. Dibuktikan dengan pengalaman magang saya sebelumnya yaitu di bagian finance PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Region Jawa Bagian Tengah selama satu bulan awal tahun ini. Di dunia perkuliahan, saya sangat aktif dalam kegiatan non-akademik dengan tergabung ke dalam beberapa wadah pengembangan manusia, seperti Badan Eksektuif Mahasiswa FEB, Economic Voice, dan beberapa kegiatan volunteering, kepanitiaan, dan kegiatan sosial yang tidak bisa saya sebutkan satu persatu. Saya berharap dapat mengasah kemampuan diri, menumbuhkan kedewasaan dalam mengambil keputusan, dan menguatkan tekad untuk menjadi pribadi yang lebih bijaksana dan berkontribusi nyata, seperti prinsip saya untuk tetap ‘hidup’ setiap harinya untuk belajar dari tiap kesempatan.

Collaborating with a professional team, I enhanced my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and understanding of financial management in a dynamic and impactful industry. This experience has strengthened my foundation in finance and prepared me to excel in complex, fast-paced environments.
