During my internship in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) department at PT Industri Kereta Api (INKA), I gained valuable hands-on experience in implementing occupational health and safety standards within a large-scale manufacturing environment. I was directly involved in daily HSE activities, such as conducting site inspections, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and assisting with the documentation of incident and hazard reports.

In addition, I had the opportunity to participate in daily safety briefings and engage in HSE awareness activities for employees in the production area. I learned how to identify potential workplace risks and contributed to handling minor emergency situations. One of the most valuable experiences was assisting the team during internal HSE audits, where I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations.

As a Public Relations and Information Staff at IMTLI, I was able to channel my passion while being responsible for managing the dissemination of information and documentation of organizational activities. My tasks included creating publication content, designing social media materials, and documenting each work program through photos and videos. I also actively coordinated with other divisions to ensure that all information was effectively communicated to members and the public. This experience enhanced my skills in visual communication, digital media management, and structured yet creative teamwork.
