AOCC :
~Operate computer systems and programs, including arrival and departure management (CAD) systems, records management systems (RMS), and communications systems (telephone, radio, email, etc.)
• Monitors domestic and international Flight Information Display System (FIDS) status, assists airport operations by updating gate and/or baggage carousel assignments, and schedule changes
• Actively monitor, review, coordinate, communicate and collaborate with airport operational activities
Customer Service :
• Provides information about flights, including schedules, delays, and changes.
• Provides information about airport facilities, such as restaurants, shops, and departure gates.
• Assists passengers who require special assistance, such as children traveling alone or people who require wheelchair assistance.
• Handles passenger complaints, such as lost or damaged baggage, flight changes, or other flight-related issues.
• Resolves passenger issues quickly and efficiently.
