I am a fresh graduate from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, majoring in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in human resource management, particularly in employee development and workforce planning. Through my involvement in student organizations and fieldwork experience, I have strengthened my analytical, communication, and managerial skills. My vision is to become an HR professional who fosters a productive, healthy, and adaptable work environment. I am highly motivated to pursue a career in human capital development, talent management, and organizational development, with a target of becoming a Human Capital Development Specialist or Organizational Development Analyst within the next 2–3 years.
