[2] Collaborated with a team of 3 staff members and 1 Quality Control personnel throughout the material development and module creation process for training activities. [3] Conducted and assessed more than 300 potential trainers in selection processes to identify their qualifications and capabilities to ensure the highest quality of training delivery for the CDT ITB 2022. [4] Coordinated with more than 3 ITB lecturers and practitioners, particularly Peacegen Generation Indonesia, to ensure the substance and content of training modules.
