Nadjwa Putri Endrizal
Saya merupakan mahasiswa Teknik Metalurgi dan Material yang selalu tertarik untuk belajar hal baru, baik di dalam maupun di luar bidang teknik. Saya percaya bahwa menjadi engineer bukan hanya soal menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis, tapi juga tentang bagaimana menciptakan solusi yang berdampak positif bagi masyarakat. Saya memiliki semangat yang besar untuk terus berkembang, mencoba hal baru, dan berkolaborasi dengan banyak orang. Saya tertarik pada peran dimana saya bisa menggabungkan pemahaman teknis yang saya miliki untuk memecahkan suatu masalah, seperti di bidang yang berkaitan dengan engineering atau marketing. Selama lebih dari dua tahun aktif memimpin divisi organisasi, saya banyak mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, dan komunikasi. Pengalaman tersebut saya dapatkan antara lain saat memimpin klaster riset di Green Polymer Technology serta menjadi Director Marketing untuk acara tahunan terbesar SRE UI. Saya ingin bekerja di lingkungan yang mendorong saya untuk terus belajar, berpikir kritis, dan mewadahi saya untuk berkontribusi secara nyata kepada perusahaan dan masyarakat.

• Performed thickness measurements at four different pipe orientations to determine actual wall thickness, enabling accurate calculation of corrosion rate and remaining life assessment.
• Conducted inspections and failure analysis on API 5L Grade B carbon steel pipes from SP III Semanggi to SPU Nglobo, identifying leakage causes and mechanisms.
• Analyzed failure on the wrist pin of a pumping unit used for oil extraction, identifying fatigue-driven cracking as the root cause
• Proposed solutions to enhance reliability and prevent future failures

As the Director of Marketing at RES SRE UI 2024, I led and oversaw the Public Relations and Media Communication divisions, ensuring that every assigned task was completed smoothly. I innovated a new branding concept for SRE UI’s largest annual event. Additionally, I launched a new Instagram account for RES SRE UI, gaining more than 520 followers within just two months. To expand event outreach and promotion, I established effective collaborations with 24 external partners, including Asean Youth Indonesia, Zero Waste Indonesia, and Green Welfare. Moreover, I conceptualized and executed every piece of content for RES SRE UI, engaging over 1000 viewers.
