Nadhifa Salsabila
Halo! Saya Nadhifa Salsabila, mahasiswi tingkat akhir prodi Teknologi Rekayasa Pelaksanaan Bangunan Sipil di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Saya memiliki kepribadian ENTP yang membuat saya cepat beradaptasi, berpikir kritis, dan tertarik pada inovasi di dunia konstruksi .Saya sangat menjunjung tinggi manajemen waktu dan telah memanfaatkannya dengan mengikuti berbagai magang selama libur kuliah. Di PT GeoBIM Indonesia, saya terlibat dalam pemodelan 3D dan pendataan aset infrastruktur MRT Jakarta Fase 1. Saat magang di PT Nusantara Infrastructure, saya berkontribusi dalam analisis struktur jembatan, perencanaan sistem polder, dan penggunaan teknologi remote sensing pada proyek Jalan Tol Pondok Aren-Serpong. Sementara di PT Hutama Karya, saya terlibat dalam pembangunan RSUP Sardjito dan pengembangan lean construction. Selain pengalaman teknis, saya aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan, seperti menjabat sebagai Koordinator Seminar Internasional CREATION UGM dan Kepala Divisi Humas dan PSDM di komunitas BIM DTS. Aktivitas ini mengasah kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan saya. Dengan IPK 3,79 dan semangat belajar yang tinggi, saya berkomitmen untuk terus berkembang dan memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam dunia teknik sipil, khususnya di bidang pelaksanaan konstruksi dan pengelolaan infrastruktur.

I interned at PT Hutama Karya during my holiday to fill my spare time and enhance my skills in the field of civil engineering. I worked as a site engineer and site operational on the construction project of the Mother and Child Hospital at RSUP Sardjito. I also participated in other projects such as:
1. Mother and Child Hospital in Surabaya.
2. Hospital in Ibu Kota Negara (IKN).
