I was responsible for conducting market research to understand trends and needs in the field of digital education, such as target audience, related communities, and popular media partners, then identifying new business opportunities, such as cooperation with potential clients, as well as negotiating and maintaining relationships with clients. For the results that I got with the team resulted in a 3-fold increase in participants and revenue from the same event with a comparison of last year and now.

I work as a UI/UX Designer, starting from conducting research obtained from user observations and interviews. My role involves skills as a UX Designer, Researcher, UI Designer, improving UI/UX fundamentals, as well as building from a problem to finding solution ideas using the Design Thinking method, and collaborating with new friends in brainstorming together. Then use Google Analytics, User flow, Wireframing, and prototyping tools. This was done in order to build the solution idea into a UI/UX Design product in the form of an Ecommerce Application that builds COD features that are safe, comfortable, easy to use, and definitely suit user needs.
