Mengelola dan memverifikasi data pemilih secara akurat seperti NIK, alamat, dan status pemilih untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pemilihan, termasuk pencocokan data dari Daftar Pemilih Sementara (DPS), Daftar Pemilih Tambahan (DPTb), sampai Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) dengan jumlah pemilih yang ada di Desa Kalangsurya sebanyak 7363 pemilih.
Mencatat dan melaporkan perkembangan terkini mengenai data pemilih, serta mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul terkait data pemilih dan logistik.
Berkoordinasi dengan rekan PPS, PPK, dan petugas lapangan untuk memastikan kelancaran distribusi hingga ke TPS dan membuat laporan terkait pengelolaan logistik, mulai dari pengadaan hingga penggunaan di lapangan.

- Responsible for the process of organizing voting on election day, including careful preparation and completion of tasks.
- Input data on vote results to C-Hasil Plano (PPWP, DPR RI, DPD RI, DPRD Provinsi dan DPRD Kabupaten) and also as an account holder to input the data into the SIREKAP application.
- Ensure that the election process runs smoothly, carry out vote counts carefully and be involved in reporting election results to the PPS in accordance with applicable procedures.

While undergoing Field Work Practice at the Karawang Regency General Election Commission, I was given the opportunity to be directly involved during the initial stages of the 2024 simultaneous elections, where I was placed on a rolling basis every week in four (4) subsections, including;
Assigned roles and responsibilities.
a. Legal and HR Subdivision
- Input recapitulation of attendance data for Karawang district KPU employees (PNS and PPNPN employees)
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Create an abstract of decision letters no. 17 - 34 of 2022 which will be published
- Make JDIH reports according to the companion's directions for January to May
b. Technical Subdivision for Election Organizers and HUPMAS
- Make visits to political parties or vice versa, political parties visit the KPU and record the contents of these visits
- Create narratives from the results of visits with political parties to be published on the KPU website
- Input and digitize election results data from PILEG - DPRD Karawang Regency from 2004
c. Data and Information Planning Subdivision
- Updating data in each sub-district in Karawang Regency
- Carrying out matching and research or what is known as checking voter data for updating and synchronizing
- Inputting voter data has no conditions
d. General Finance and Logistics Subdivision
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Make a recapitulation of logistics data provided to KPU employees
- Help prepare events in the KPU hall and take part in activities regarding the launch of the 2024 election stages - (As logistics provider)
