Production & Project Engineer Intern

During my internship, I was specifically assigned to conduct structural analysis for an infill well project on one of the company’s existing offshore platforms. The objective was to ensure the structural integrity of the platform considering the impact of the extension deck and associated well structure.
The scope of work included:
• Conducting in-place and seismic analysis of the ZUD platform using SACS in
compliance with API RP-2A WSD 21st Edition standard.
• Carrying out lifting analysis for the extension deck structure using SACS in compliance
with DNV-OS-H205 standard.
Project I contributed to during the internship:
1. ZUD-12, 13, & 14 Infill Well Project.

Structural Engineer Intern

During the internship, I was assigned to the Engineering Department, which is responsible for developing SACS models of jacket and topside structures to carry out various offshore structural
analyses during fabrication phase and study some industrial standards which are API RP-2A WSD and DNV-ST-N001 standard.
The tasks I was involved in included:
• Studying construction methods applicable during the fabrication phase at the
fabrication yard.
• Collaborating with the drafting team to produce engineering drawings for fabrication
activities.
• Performing lifting analysis for both deck and jacket structures.
• Conducting miscellaneous analyses, such as padeye and shackle design, as well as crane
capacity calculations.
Projects I contributed to during the internship:
1. Sofia Offshore Wind Farm Project – Offshore Converter Platform (HVDC):
Conducted lifting analysis for the topside structure using SACS.
2. Changhua Offshore Wind Farm Project – Offshore Substation Jacket:
Performed roll-up analysis for the jacket structure using SACS.
3. Beta Project – Loadout Support Frame:
Conducted analysis for the pre-loadout phase, from the fabrication yard to the barge,
and doing material take off analysis.

Student Exchange Student to Ehime University

I have selected to be one of 5 students in Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung to participated to one month student exchange program to Ehime University. During my exchange program, I doing some activities which are:
• Participated in Coastal Oceanography Laboratory and got the small project to
performing simulation at Southern Coast of Java using Jaguar Software.
• Gained experience about civil engineering construction in Japan trough industrial visit
at Imabari City.
• Learn Japanese in the class that has been provided by Ehime University and a chance
to communicating with native.
