I founded Foster Coffee, a student-friendly coffee shop located near campus areas in Semarang. Together with two baristas and one marketing staff, I manage daily operations, curate our coffee menu, and develop strategies to keep our coffee both high-quality and affordable. My role also involves guiding the team and building Foster Coffee as a welcoming spot for students and young people to connect.

During my internship at PLN Icon Plus, I was assigned to the Sales Division focusing on the Energy, Construction, Hospitality, and Digital Industry sectors. My main responsibilities included assisting in the preparation of tender documents such as proposals, executive summaries, and business case reviews, as well as supporting administrative tasks related to billing and project tracking. I also had the opportunity to contribute to canvassing activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams including product and finance, and participate in internal webinars and training sessions. This role allowed me to gain practical exposure to the end-to-end B2B sales process and sharpen my skills in documentation, coordination, and client relationship support.

Product Marketing Intern

In this role, I was responsible for supporting the marketing activities of the company's certified security guard training program. I successfully attracted 86 applicants for the first 2024 batch and 110 for the final batch (June 2024) through outreach to affiliated companies and targeted digital marketing campaigns. I worked closely with Regional Police (Polda) and corporate partners to promote the program and expand reach. Through the creation and promotion of engaging marketing content, I generated over 4,200 interactions and converted 38 participants into enrollees, contributing significantly to the visibility and growth of the training program.

At PT Produktif Citrasukses, a labor outsourcing company specializing in providing security guards, cleaning services, and production workers, I supported the HR department by managing workforce logistics and operations. I created over 18 work schedules for outsourced employees placed in various user companies, including PT Ciputra Semarang, Universitas Diponegoro, and PT Wijaya Karya Beton. I also monitored the daily attendance of more than 500 outsourced personnel to ensure service consistency. Additionally, I represented the company at the 2024 Career Insight event, an annual career fair that attracted over 4,000 visitors, where we promoted job opportunities and company branding.
