● Provided support in preparing monthly performance reports of the Human Capital Directorate
and monitoring employee productivity data of the Sub-Holding.
● Supported the development of a comprehensive 5-year Human Capital Blueprint, aligning
workforce planning with long-term organizational strategy and growth objectives.
● Assisted in the preparation and coordination of Human Capital budget proposals for
subholdings and subsidiaries by collecting & compiling data, also facilitating budget transfers
between departments.
● Provided administrative and logistical support for internal department events and large-scale
external events involving HR executives from various organizations, including scheduling
meetings, coordinating invitations, and ensuring smooth event execution.
● Provide administrative support for HC Department by reviewing Tata Kerja Organisasi (TKO),
MoM, and other general administrations.
