Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during painting joint activities. Stay vigilant for potential hazards during tasks and promptly report any safety concerns to the safety manager. Actively participate in safety training sessions to understand and follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain awareness of safety protocols and procedures on-site, and promptly address any safety violations observed. Familiarize oneself with emergency response plans and procedures and be prepared to act swiftly in case of emergencies. Communicate effectively with colleagues, including foremen, painters, and helpers, to ensure everyone is aware of and follows safety protocols. Collaborate with the safety manager and other members of the HSE team to identify and mitigate safety risks effectively. Participate in discussions on safety improvement initiatives and provide feedback on safety-related matters to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of safety activities and incidents as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Promote a culture of safety by setting a positive example, encouraging safety awareness, and actively engaging in safety discussions and initiatives.

Coordinate a project called Global Eco-Industrial Park Programme (GEIPP). A pilot project implemented by UNIDO, supported by Indonesian Ministry of Industry, funded by Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) that located in 3 Mega Industrial Park in Indonesia (Batamindo, MM2100, KIIC).
Collaborate with project manager from UNIDO to achieve the targeted schedule / Quality control, generate reports and case studies.
Help expert analyst to analyze and calculate financial saving from efficient use of water, energy, thermal, emission reduction e.g. Greenhouse Gas (e.g.CO2) of 15+ tenant companies as well as provide recommendations to increase efficiency in tenant companies using the Resource Efficiency and Cleaner Production (RECP) method or through RECP success stories.
Conduct research on sustainability data and doing data visualization for 45+ tenant companies.
Negotiate with client for any obstacle during the project. (upon Producer's consent).
Organize all meetings & coordinate info accurately, maintain bookkeeping of important events during the project utilizing agile method for recording of milestone, bottle neck and hiccups.

Identify the hazardous waste management process in RU V such as the type of hazardous waste generated, the average generation of hazardous waste, hazardous waste storage facilities, how to store hazardous waste, how to pack hazardous waste, how to give symbols and labeling of hazardous waste.
Conduct a gap analysis between the operational technicalities of hazardous waste management in RU V and the applicable regulations (Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Nomor P.12/MENLHK/SETJEN/PLB.3/5/2020 Tahun 2020 mengenai Penyimpanan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya Dan Beracun; dan Permen LH No. 14 Tahun 2013 mengenai Simbol dan Label Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun).
Evaluate the hazardous waste management system carried out by the Enviro unit at HSSE RU V starting from identification and inventory, packaging, labeling, symbol giving, storage, transportation and reporting using the SIMPEL, FESTRONIC (electronic manifest) and Siraja Waste methods.
Provide 10+ recommendations for improving hazardous waste management in the form of journals and drawings of hazardous waste shelter (TPS) Plans in accordance with applicable regulations to PT Pertamina RU V Balikpapan.
