Instructed and facilitated a seamless experience for an exchange student from Ablai Khan University, Kazakhstan, supporting the Vice Dean and Head of Faculty. This culminated in academic excellence and a 95% satisfaction rate.
Planned a study visit for a Kazakhstan exchange student to BANI Arbitration Center and PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., providing first hand exposure to international dispute resolution and airline operations.
Examined and devised a comprehensive schedule, overseeing and documenting activities of the exchange student, resulting in a 20% increase in adherence to the schedule.
