Kandang Komunal is a CSR program initiated by PLN NP UP Tanjung Awar-awar, aimed at enhancing livestock productivity through group-based management. This program provides educational facilities and communal management systems for local farmers while promoting the sustainability of livestock farming.

- Assisting in forming official farmer groups and conducting interviews with 90 farmers.
- Developing and implementing 22 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for livestock management and operations.
- Providing 3 training sessions on marketing strategies to empower farmers.
- Prepared financial reports and COGS for 150 livestock, managed facility administration, and trained farmers in administration.

Management Special Occasion 2023 is an introductory period activity for the Department of Management which is held for 4 days and is carried out to welcome first year students who will enter the department level.

- Created interesting activities and events to welcome 136 new students entering the department for 4 days
- Developed and managed comprehensive documentation, including 14 ToRs, rundowns, and cue cards for talk shows
- Developed and implemented risk management strategies to identify potential problems and ensure smooth implementation of events
- Served as a liaison between the events division and 2 divisions (public relations and logistics)

The 8th Management Euphoria is a project from the Center of Management Professional Association (COM@) which contains national scale competitions and webinars that highlight the 4 pillars of management.

- Designed the concept for the final night of Closing The 8th Management Euphoria with an audience of 555 participants and invited guests Maliq & D'Essentials
- Achieved a remarkable 270% increase in participant engagement, drawing a significantly larger audience compared to the previous year
- Planned and executed 2 general meetings to improve cross-division coordination
