Participating in the Magang Generasi Bertalenta (MAGENTA) FHCI BUMN Internship Program 2023 as an intern at PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance area Jakarta - Tangerang - Cengkareng.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implemented, supervised, and evaluated routine and periodic maintenance executions (Patching, Scrapping Filling Overlay, and Road Pavement Reconstruction) for Jakarta – Tangerang Toll Road, Dalam Kota Toll Road, and Prof. Dr. Ir. Sedyatmo Toll Road (Jakarta – Tangerang – Cengkareng Area / JTC).
• Worked on checking procurement documents, technical specifications, bids, tenders, contracts, schedules, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for road pavement and bridges maintenance projects.
• Conducted weekly meetings, PCM, PHO, and FHO for routine and periodic maintenance projects.

Achievements:
• Succeeded in creating a thesis which was then used to determine the selection of the type of road pavement reconstruction used on the Jakarta - Tangerang Toll Road in the future.
• Succesfully completed the “Magenta FHCI BUMN Internship Program” with a final grade of A and received a executive certificate signed by Mr Erick Thohir (Minister of State Owned Enterprises / Menteri BUMN).

Conducted research under the guidance of Tommy Iduwin, S.T., M.Sc. to analyse the compressive strength of paving blocks with rubber tires in several variations of cement : sand comparison. in a project involving a mix design of fine aggregate and tire rubber powder as a substitute for cement and mixing materials with a ratio of 1:4 and 1:5 to make 96 paving blocks consisting of 8 different variations to test water absorption and test the strength of tire rubber for materials cement substitution in the compressive strength of paving blocks.

Concrete practicum studied 13 modules ranging from several physical testing of aggregates making up concrete, mix design, slump test, creating concrete cylinders and concrete cubes as well as mechanical testing of concrete with compression test equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implemented laboratory teaching and practices of 13 practicum modules for student lab.
• Assisted lectures in creating and organizing the laboratory syllabus, schedule, and reports.
• Coordinated with the lecturer to monitor and grade student’s assignment, quizzes, and exam.
• Checked and approved practicum reports from student lab.

Achievements:
• Succeeded in controlling and guiding the course of the concrete technology’s practicum for one whole semester.

• Created Render using Lumion for the building's 3D Model to be realistic animation and picture.

Land Surveying Practicum studied 6 modules ranging from mapping surveys, tool recognition (how to use Theodolite, Waterpass, Total Station, etc), water leveling, contours, planes, and polygons. Also create contour maps and polygon drawings from the PLN Institute of Technology campus building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implemented laboratory teaching and practices of 6 practicum modules for student lab.
• Assisted lectures in creating and organizing the laboratory syllabus, schedule, and reports.
• Coordinated with the lecturer to monitor and grade student’s assignment, quizzes, and exam.
• Checked and approved practicum reports, countour drawing, and polygon drawing from student lab.

Achievements:
• Succeeded in controlling and guiding the course of the land surveying’s practicum for one whole semester.
