• Responsible for cadre development and organizational growth through training. There are 8 work programs that
have been implemented: Rancangan Umum Kaderisasi (RUK), Kalender Kaderisasi, Open Tender Ketua PKKMB
FT, Sambut Mahasiswa Baru, Talkshow, Achievement Motivation Training (AMT), and Sekolah Karya.
• As a result, successfully secured engaged 500 participants in the AMT, 150 new college students in the Sekolah
Karya, and held forums more than 3 times with all association heads in the faculty of engineering to amend the RUK

• Selected as one of 15 members for the entrepreneurship and fundraising division in the association after competing
with over 60 candidates in the organization.
• As a result, managed to lead several work programs such as a podcast program in collaboration with external party,
as the head coordinator for business plan competition, organizing an entrepreneurship webinar and serving as the
moderator, and conducting fundraising activities to generate profit.
• Achieved two times the best staff of the month.
