● Conduct a post-execution evaluation by assessing its effectiveness by involving the collection of feedback from participants, direct observation, or post-training performance assessment as a form of program improvement training and adapt to future needs
● Reported the New Employee Development Program (NEDP) assessment for each batch Management Trainee by creating an Assessment Report consisting of Accumulated Values, Radar Chart 360 Behavior Competency Index (Self and Peer), and Bina Generasi Muda SOLUTION (BGMS) report with KPI achievement of 98.8 percent
