Larissa has more than 30 branches spread across several cities, including Yogyakarta, Klaten, Solo, Magelang, Semarang, Surabaya, Malang, Serpong, Denpasar, Jimbaran, and more.
- Handling end-to-end process of recruitment for internship and severals position.
- Rejuvenated the career Instagram of Larissa @larissakarir, which resulted in a 93.2% increase in account engagement and gained more than 1000 new followers for the past 3 months.
- Reviewed more than 10 resumes to determine candidates credentials every day.
- Administered psychological tests and prepared psychological assessment reports for more than 10 candidates per day for recruitment purposes.
- Digitized the psychological testing methods at Larissa Aesthetic Center.
- Developed relationships with local colleges and universities, scheduling events to be present at career fairs, job fairs, community outreaches, etc.

AKSI or Akrab Psikologi is an initiation committee activity of the Faculty of Psychology of Sanata Dharma University which is held to welcome new students.
- Responsible for the data and information of 200+ new students of the Faculty of Psychology, class of 2023.
- Managed the start-to-end data administration for new students to help prepare other divisions that directly interact with students. Acted as a liaison between new students and the faculty initiation committee.
