• Led 177 administrators and 83 projects with an average participants count exceeding 100 attendees for each project.
• Initiated "needs assessment" and "evaluation survey" to establish a data-driven organization.
• Consolidated with UI, UGM, ITB, UNAIR, and other leading universities to make a meaningful impact on the economic realm through competitions, research, and community service.
• Appointed as Padjadjaran University's Head of Delegates for the Economics Summit 2023, a gathering of Indonesian economics student associations.
• Collaborated extensively with stakeholders like Head of Study Program, Vice Dean Faculty, Dean Faculty, several Lectures, and many more to ensure that project objectives align with the mission of university.
• Previously served as Staff at Social Awareness Division on Jan-Dec 2022 and Junior Staff at Social Awareness Division on Sep-Des 2021.
• Elected as Organization Committee President (OCP) in the Social Day 2022 program, a form of real action from ESP Unpad students for residents around Jatinangor which is packaged by fostering a village by donating 5 quintals of fertilizer, 10 flush tools, basic necessities, and connecting to DesaDigital Jabar.
• Participated in Social Day 2021, International Student Conference on Asia-Africa Studies (ISCAAS) 2021, created more than 15 creative contents for social media, and many more.

• Bridged more than 17+ key projects to Cimahi City.
• Handled 41 SMA/SMK/MA in Cimahi City at the time.
• Planned national-scale project branding and strategy such as the “National Student Gathering”, “Champion Student Scholarship” and “FOJB Scholarship” with more than 300+ participants.
• Active in coordinated and audienced with the Head of the Cimahi City Education Office, Cimahi Mayor, Cimahi DPRD Chairman and other education policy makers in discussing the concerns and needs of students in Cimahi City.

• Orchestrated the organization with some adjustments during the pandemic and still successfully reached several projects targets.
