I believe that every individual, regardless of experience, has the potential to bring added value—provided they are equipped with a high desire to learn, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.<br /> <br /> My personal vision is to become an engineer who not only masters technical aspects but is also capable of being part of the solutions needed by today’s industry—whether in improving process efficiency, developing relevant technologies, or supporting the sustainability of electrical systems and automation.<br /> <br /> I aim to be part of a company that is open to new ideas, encourages growth, and fosters a dynamic and collaborative work culture. In such an environment, I believe my abilities and potential will flourish optimally. I aspire to work and grow within an organization that has a forward-thinking vision, a strong spirit of innovation, and a commitment to quality and operational excellence.<br /> <br /> My career interest lies strongly in the engineering field in general, with a particular focus on electrical engineering.
