A. Function Supply Chain Management
• Conducting inventory data analysis using an ERP system (SAP) to monitor the availability
of operational materials.
• Assisting in the preparation of material procurement and distribution reports to support
onshore drilling operations.
• Participate in local and national supplier evaluation processes based on delivery
performance and quality criteria.
• Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies for operational material
logistics.Material Treatment (Preservation)
B. Function Material Handling
• Supports logistics teams in the management of heavy materials for drilling rigs, including
inspection and documentation of heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
• Helping to manage material warehouses by applying the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Assisting in the process of loading and unloading important materials for drilling projects in
the Jatibarang field.
C. Function Maintenance Support
• Assist the maintenance team in compiling preventive maintenance schedules for key
equipment such as mud pumps, generators, and rotary tables.
• Recording and reporting maintenance data through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
Management System) software.
• Supporting teams in the process of procuring critical parts for drilling operations.
• Contribute to the documentation of maintenance standards in accordance with the guidelines
