• Conducted comprehensive technical reviews of customer specifications and requirements, preparing Master Production Schedules (MPS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and other related procedures to secure customer approvals.
• Ensured strict adherence to internal quality standards by thoroughly reviewing quality documents prior to HRC and ERW pipe production.
• Conducted non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic testing for thickness (UT) offline to determine whether there are defects in HRC steel pipes that have been repaired using SMAW welding.
• Resolved product quality issues reported by customers through detailed investigation and root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
