• Designed and implemented a performance measurement framework based on OKRs, including the creation of key indicators, evaluation dashboards in Google Sheets, and a progress monitoring system. This initiative aligned individual targets with company objectives, resulting in 8 out of 10 Key Results achieved and 6 out of 7 business initiatives successfully completed within six months.
• Conducted employee competency assessments through interviews, on-site observations using checklists, and performance data analysis; then developed training programs (Google Slides) focused on sales techniques, customer service strategies, and inventory management. These initiatives enhanced team capabilities and generated 13 new sales transactions within a single quarter.
• Optimized cross-department workflows by mapping processes in Google Sheets, identifying redundant tasks, clarifying role responsibilities, and implementing communication protocols using Google Workspace & WhatsApp Business. This improved coordination, reduced unproductive workload, and accelerated project completion.
